Here in Vermont, to keep the black flies, mosquitoes, and other biting insects from pestering us, we rely on these old-fashioned punk sticks. When lit, the smoke drives away bugs, but isn't offensive to people so you can enjoy the great outdoors pest-free! Each 10½" stick burns just shy of an hour. Set of 400 stick.

Store in a zip-lock bag. To use, just stick several into the ground around the perimeter of area chosen. Then light them.The more bugs, the more sticks should be used. Each stick burns about one hour.
