Where's the fire?
This stuff smells like something is burning in the basement. I thought it would be a more pleasant balsam scent, but no. Smells like a forest fire. Why anyone would want to burn these in their house is beyond me. I would return them for a refund but the cost, time and effort of repackaging isn't worth it. Maybe I will find a purpose for the holder.

Product defective
The brass incense holder comes in two pieces. Unfortunately, we could not screw the two together as the hole to screw the top part into was too big.

No pine scent
We have an artificial tree. I thought the incense would give us the scent of a real tree. I burned one stick to try it and didn't smell any pine scent. The only thing I could smell was smoke. It was very difficult to light. I thought the burner would be a lot bigger. I returned both sets last week. Your shipping department is awesome. I got this order in 3 business days.

missing pieces?
I got the balsam incense set and the base and candlestick fit together via threads on the bottom of the candlestick part. However there's nothing for the candlestick to screw into, there's no bolt or nut to attach the two pieces, so the upper part/candlestick part tilts this way and that. Not well made, or pieces weren't included.
