Our 6 oz. flannel sheets are made in Portugal, the premier flannel producer in Europe for more than 50 years. they are brushed not once but three times on both sides so that they are softer and warmer than ever. Yarn-dyed plaid colors remain true wash after wash. Fitted sheets have elastic on all sides to stay snugly on the bed. Sets include fitted sheet, flat sheet, and two pillowcases (twin has one case, king has 2 king cases). Twin fits mattresses up to 16" deep; full, queen, and king up to 18" deep. Machine wash and dry.

The cats' pajamas! Yes, really. My cats pull down the bedspread just to sleep on these cozy flannel sheets. I love them too. They are so soft and snuggly I bought extra sets to use all year 'round. They are wonderful in the winter, but can be used with the sheet blanket in the summer too. Cozy Flannel Sheets for a long winter's nap We live in the mountains of North Carolina and needed new flannel sheets badly! Our old ones started to tear and I thought I could fix it, but it only got worse. So I started to look around town for new flannel sheets and no one had any left! The Vermont Country store has been sending me e-mails and one caught my eye about flannel sheets. Perfect timing! I opened it, browsed the site and found a great set with two extra matching pillow cases. (for some strange reason, my husband is so happy all the pillow cases match). Sooo soft! just wanted to say thanks for carrying these flannel sheets from Portugal. i recently purchased a set of the red/white stripe and just love them! they washed nicely, fit perfectly, and kept away all the cold from our recent Winter storms. pill free Purchased seally sheets years ago and they were great. Purchased another set recently and they were so pilly right from the first wash we couldn't even use them, washed many times with no results. Purchased these based on reviews, and so far they are great. I have used and washed these 3 times, NO PILLING so far. They could be alittle bigger. February 20, 2013
love my flannel sheets love the flannel sheets - soo soft - wish they were a little deeper as they dont fit the bed perfectly - needed 18" or 19" and these are 17" deep - but other from that would buy another set February 6, 2013
Fabulously warm and cozy I ordered the red plaid flannel sheets, but they were on backorder and I forgot I had ordered them. They arrived as a surprise package on the first day of a single-digit cold snap and I washed them and put them right on the bed. They kept me warm and cozy all night long. The red plaid is bright and cheery and makes the whole room feel warm. My only 'complaint' is that the package says they fit a 14" mattress, which is much smaller than mine. But the sheets looked so great I tried them anyway and even after washing in hot water they did not shrink and fit my 16" mattress perfectly. February 2, 2013
