Lovely, just be aware of shrinkage Some time ago, I purchased a queen-sized cotton multi-color seersucker bedspread for summer use. It looked great when first used, but when washed according to the directions, faded and, more annoying, shrank. Had the same experience with the twin summer bedspread I purchased at the same time for my daughter's bed. VCT was wonderfully gracious, accepting my returned bedspreads (washed and packed carefully) and issuing a full refund. This time I bought the solid color seersucker bedspread, king-sized, just in case, and another different twin bedspread for my daughter. Hers has not yet arrived. I had to wash the king spread, and again washed it according to the directions. Unfortunately this one also shrank, probably 3-4 inches in width. But, since I had purchased it king-sized it still looks fine. I'm hoping my daughter's spread will be wide enough to accommodate the shrinkage I think will occur with washing. VCT is the only store I am aware of that sells these great summer spreads. I really like them, just wish they wouldn't shrink. June 14, 2013

I am keeping it because it is the only thing I can find in that weight and I don't want to pay return shipping, but I will have to remake it in some way and add some sort of material to the edges so it will cover the bed properly.
