Pure Granulated Maple Sugar From Vermont, Far Tastier (and Healthier) Than White Sugar

$21.95 Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Pin it on Pinterest Share on Google+

Pure granulated Vermont maple sugar is better sweetener choice compared to refined white sugar, plus it's much more flavorful. It brings a host of minerals and antioxidants to the table, including calcium, iron, zinc and manganese. And it can be used 1:1 as a substitute in any recipe that calls for sugar (although it's quite sweet, so you may want to use less) and can be reconstituted to make a batch of maple syrup in a pinch. Simply mix sugar with enough water for a syrupy consistency. 1 lb. bag.

  • 100% pure Vermont maple sugar
  • Delicious in baked goods and stirred into coffee
  • Add to heavy cream and whip into soft peaks for the perfect pumpkin pie topping
  • Our secret for a no-fuss ham glaze
  • Just add water to make "homemade" maple syrup

Rated 4 out of 5 by Cutting a Bit Too Fine I have been ordering your granulated maple sugar for a number of years. I have lived through the various changes in packaging that you have tried. For my last few orders the Zip-Top packaging has been great. But, you surprised me with my latest order. You went back to the old crimp top package and, although the package was marked "Granulated" it was very close to powdered. Now I'm going to have to wonder what I will get the next time I order. Will it be the good, sealed package? Will it be truly granulated? Guess I'll have to wait and see. May 14, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Maple Sugar adds just the right amount of sweetness! I have been trying to watch my sugar intake. I adjusted an apple crisp recipe which originally called for two-thirds of a cup of white sugar. On the top, I sprinkle three teaspoons of delicious maple sugar with a handful of walnuts. This addition of the maple sugar provides a more delicious dish than the original. It is expensive, but you can use way less and get superior flavor. February 16, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by my secret to my sugar cookies each year I do a plate of assorted cookies for my neighbors. One of them is a soft sugar cookie, which I dust on top with this wonderful maple sugar! Everyone raves over them and everyone appreciates them. Also use in my pancakes. A great find!! February 13, 2015

Rated 5 out of 5 by This is the BEST!!!!!! I have been buying the powdered or granulated maple sugar for years... probably more than 20 years.. I LOVE it.. and since we can't get good maple syrup here in Kuwait where I live now, I get this... Growing up in maple syrup country (near Marathon, NY) I am used to the best, and this is certainly top quality!!! October 7, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Lovely maple products! We ordered maple sugar and the delicious creamy maple butter in a jar. Everything arrived beautifully packaged and in excellent condition. The maple sugar is so much healthier than refined white sugar, and it tastes delicious. The maple butter is so yummy you want to eat it out of the jar with a spoon. Excellent products! May 8, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Maple Sugar This is a first-time purchase. I love maple-flavored bacon and no one seems to make it any more. Now I can sprinkle maple sugar on my bacon when cooking it. December 2, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Sells out apple pies I was going through my mother's "The New England Yankee Cookbook" when I found a recipe for Maple Apple Pie. I made this pie and donated it to a pie sale the women of my church were having. It sold for over $20.00 before the sale began. Since then I have been inundated with requests for more pies. I tell them to use Vermont maple sugar and go to the website for Vermont Country Stores and buy yourselves some. If you ain't using Vermont maple sugar in your baking you ain't using the right sugar. What Our Customers Are Saying about Our Vermont Maple Sugar …

"I had used your Vermont Powdered Maple Sugar for years - then LIFE happened. So, I called your Co. & found that you still sell it & the lady suggested I write you and tell you what I use it in. I will be ordering some. When I first started using it we lived in the mountains, 7 miles up a one-way mountain road, no electricity, no indoor plumbing, and gravity feed water to the house. I became very creative as we didn't just jump in a car for every little thing since the nearest grocery store was 30 miles away, and it was one of the things that stored & traveled very well when we were Snowbirds. Some of the many uses are: syrup (of course the best), mixed with butter as a spread on toast - fruit - sandwiches - etc., sprinkled over cakes - cookies - ham - etc., put in drinks (hot or cold - excellent in cappucinos - etc.), sprinkled over cream cheese on a platter so it can be scooped onto a cookie - cracker - etc., soooo good over ice cream. There are more but these are a few of my favorites. Love your product." - Linda, Hayden, ID

"I love your granulated and powdered maple sugar, I use it for cakes, cookies, cobbler, and on ham to sweeten rhubarb. Thank you for all the great help you give. Thank you so much; keep up the good work." - Sharon Scott, Spokane, WA

"We really love using Maple Sugar for slow cooking beef or pork when we go camping or at home. There is never any leftovers." - R.J. Parker, Grafton, WI
