Certified as Vermont’s best—and Vermont has grading standards stricter than any other state’s—our Amber Maple Syrup (used to be Grade A Amber) has that rich maple flavor and golden amber color you expect from traditional maple syrup. We love it on pancakes, waffles, and ice cream, and swirled in our morning coffee.

We also offer Dark Maple Syrup (used to be Grade B), which is loved by true Vermonters for its robust maple flavor, caramel notes, and deep molasses color. A jug of this variety finds its way to the breakfast table, as well as in the pantry. It's a favorite for cooking and is the secret ingredient that takes salad dressings, glazes, marinades, and baked goods, like muffins and scones, to a new level of maple deliciousness.

With both varieties, we guarantee there are never any additives or preservatives—just pure Vermont maple syrup.

Perfect Pairing: Pour our Amber or Dark Maple Syrup over a tall stack of piping hot pancakes made with one of our home-style Pancake Mixes. Choose from 8 varieties, including buttermilk, blueberry, and apple cinnamon, each made with all-natural ingredients, right in our own bakery (#65387).

Rated 4 out of 5 by 100% Pure Vermont Amber and Dark Maple Syrup For many years. I had a good friend that lived in Vermont. He used to keep me in syrup. He passed on recently so I was trying to replicate the syrup he sent. This is the first order. I, think the syrup I purchased a bit on the weak side. Having nothing to compare it to, I will have to trust my taste. the Amber Dark is nice but not as warm and strong as what I am used to. I will try another of you brews when I order again. Rated 5 out of 5 by All the way to Texas Bought this Maple Syrup for my daughter in Texas, and she LOVES it'. She use to live in NH. Taste is very very good! January 25, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Maple Syrup With all the synthetic and cheaper brands of "Maple Syrup" it is satisfying to eat syrup that is pure. As a child I can always remember stopping at a Stuckey's along the way to visit family in Ohio and no visit was complete without picking up authentic maple syrup and maple sugar candy. Also as someone who cooks from scratch I implement maple syrup into recipes, not just on pancakes, waffles, etc. Maple Syrup is recommended by doctors and nutritionists in lieu of table sugars and artificial sweeteners. Looking forward to purchasing more of your products. January 21, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Christmas Breakfast I didn't think it possible given the lateness of my order, but you folks found a way to get this here to me in Tennessee by Christmas Eve and we had it for our traditional large Christmas Breakfast. The syrup itself was superb. some of the best I've ever tasted during my 63 years on this planet. I tip my hat to ya'll for producing a fine American product you can be rightfully proud of and enjoy! Rated 5 out of 5 by Simply the best The maple syrup is definitely the best I've tasted. It's always A-1. January 11, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Only Vermont Maple Syrup Because my mom grew up in Irasburg, VT, I grew up on Vermont maple syrup. Vermonters always told me that maple syrup from Canada and New York had food coloring in it. Because of that, we always used the "Fancy" maple syrup which is extremely difficult to obtain through ordering. It has become a tradition for me to give maple syrup to family members, and they rather expect it. At least they always seem to be prepared for pancakes right after Christmas. January 11, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by yum Bought the syrup for my husband for Christmas. He will not buy anything but real maple syrup, and I thought this would make a great present. Wahoo..... he thinks it's THE BEST, and I rated 5 stars for thinking of it. January 11, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Family favorite We love this maple syrup and order it several times a year. January 11, 2016

What Our Customers Are Saying about Our 100% Pure Vermont Amber and Dark Maple Syrup …

"My husband has never liked any syrup except cane syrup. Recently, we ran out of cane syrup and he had to use some of "my" syrup. I told him I thought he didn't like maple syrup, but he replied that he didn't until he tasted this one. Now, we never buy cane syrup any more!" - Juanda Levert, Greenwell Springs, LA

"My husband and I received a small pint of Vermont maple syrup as a gift from one of our suppliers. My husband is a huge fan of my homemade buttermilk pancakes and loved spreading the syrup all over them. We ran out and could not find out how to get any more. First of all we couldn't remember which vendor gave it to us, and second of all there was not any information on the plastic jug. It just said "Vermont Maple Syrup," no address or anything. Since we ran out I have bought other maple syrups, but my husband just has not liked anything since he tried yours. We are sold on your product. Thank you," - Juanda Levert, Greenwell Springs, LA

"I clean condos and my friends from Vermont bring me a quart of Vermont maple syrup every December when they return for the winter. I look forward to their return, and especially their gift of the delicious syrup. They always remember me and say, 'Here's your jug of liquid gold.' " - Donna Canalou

"Your operator, when I first called many years ago, swore by your syrup being the best. So I tried it and I definitely agree it is the best. I have given some little containers as gifts to my friends to try, and now they also are hooked on the best. Unless you have tried Vermont's maple syrup I guess you really don't know what's the best. We no longer are satisfied with the regular syrups from our market. My neighbor's daughter just asked her, 'Where is the special maple syrup that Pat gave us? I don't like this one anymore.' It's so funny...Another one hooked on Vermont's Maple Syrup." - Patsy Petersen, Mililani, HI

"Your maple syrup is the best -- I have been ordering it for decades. Why do you no longer sell half-gallon metal or plastic containers? Freight on two quarts is very high for a constant user. Just a point -- I will always enjoy your products. From a transplanted Connecticut-ite!" - Donald Schuster, Dallas, TX

"Why would anyone use anything but maple syrup for any recipe that requests syrup? It is the real thing--not made by man. It comes from real trees in Vermont, and other lesser known regions like NY State & Canada, too. Vermont is the best for most everything."- Christina Allen, Centennial, CO
