Rated 5 out of 5 by Ovaltine I bought this for my GS, he loves it so much he asks for it every time he comes to visit. I used to have this at my house when I was growing up, and my doctor even told me they're better than chocolate syrup, so this is all I buy for my other two GD. So glad to find this origional brand again! Thank you. September 12, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Ovaltine...should you care? I don't have a story. Who but a comedy writer would write a story about Ovaltine? [One whole Seinfeld episode was devoted to "Bosco."] However...I can say that without question, the old formula (which is clearly now the non-American made product) is far superior to the product being manufactured in the US for sale in US super markets. The sugar content of the newer product is far too high such that it masks the old fashioned malt flavor. May 27, 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by A taste of our childhood My mom was born in 1928. Her brother 3 years later. They lived in Montana, and it gets COLD there in the winter. They both had very fond memories of Ovaltine. As adults, both were disappointed in the Ovaltine available in local markets. I brought some home from Europe and they loved it. Said it tasted just as they remembered from their childhood. So when I found the European recipe Ovaltine in your catalog I bought some for my mom and had some sent to my uncle. They LOVE it. Thank you so much for carrying the things we ALL remember from our childhoods. What a treat. November 6, 2012

What Our Customers Are Saying about Our Ovaltine …

"We prefer the British Ovaltine Lite, which you mix with water. As you say the American versions are so sweet they are not drinkable." - Michael, Bluemont, VA

"Saw this item in one of your catalogs several years ago -- couldn't believe my luck -- it is exactly the taste I remember from my preschool and early grade school years! Far better than the version currently in my local grocery chains. I enjoy this drink on its own, or a couple of tablespoons with coffee in the evening for a soothing mocha latte, which is as good or better than what you can buy at the chains." - Cheryl Mason, Tucson, AZ
