Wonderful sauce! I do like making "creole" from scratch. But I must say this sauce is really great. No buying and chopping all those veggies and no need to wait until the sauce has thickened. Just open the jar, add your protein and dinner is soon ready. I used chicken thighs, but I'm also going to try both shrimp and sausage at some point. January 17, 2014
