Moist, dense, and reminiscent of "monkey bread," our banana bread is packed with plump pecans and has sweet banana jam swirled throughout, so it's lick-your-fingers good. We recommend toasting this banana bread or using it to make luscious bread pudding or out-of-this-world French toast. Made by 3rd generation farmers in North Carolina. Delivered fresh from the bakery on Tuesdays and Wednesdays only. 23 oz. loaf.

Apple Bread:
Bread base: enriched wheat flour (flour, malted barley flour, niacin,
reduced iron, thiamiine mononitrate, ribolfavin, folic acid), dextrose,
soybean oil, salt, leavening (sodium acid pyrophosphate, baking
soda), soy flour, dry whey, mono and diglycerides with BHT
and citric acid as preservatives, sodium steroly latctylate, nonfat
milk solids, wheat starch, nonfat dry milk, corn oil, beta carotene
as color, enzymes), Water, Yeast, Dough conditioner (wheat flour,
monoglycerides, guar gum, corn syrup solids, contains 2% or less
of enzyme and soybean oil). Cinnamon Apple filling (apples
(preserved with erythorbic acid or ascorbic acid, citric acid, salt
sodium sulfite), sugar, water,corn syrup, food starch modified,
potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate (as preservative),
natural flavor, calcium chloride, citric acid, xanthan gum), Glaze:
(sugar, water, maltodextrin, corn starch, potassium sorbate (as
preservative),proplyene glycol, citric acid, agar, cellulose
gum, mono and diglycerides with citric acid as preservatives.
