An authentic Southern-style cobbler, the dough rises to the top and the fruit sinks to the bottom. Delicious served with ice cream while still warm from the oven. Makes 6 servings. Three 9 oz. bags.

Peach Cobbler Mixes (Set of three 9 oz. Bags)
Cane Sugar, Bleached Enriched Wheat Flour,
Malted Barley Flour, Wheat Starch, Baking Powder, Spices,
Natural Flavors, Salt, Baking Soda, Corn Starch.
Combine one 16 oz (448g) can of sliced peaches, 2/3 cup (.16ml) milk, and 4 tablespoons (60ml) of margarine or butter.Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (343 Celsius). Meltmargarine in an 8 in (20cm) x 8 in (20cm) pan. Combine mixwith milk and stir thoroughly. Pour batter in pan over margarine. Pour peaches over top. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown. You may substitute fruit cocktail, sliced apples, pineapple chunks, cherries, strawberries, or otherberries.
