Potato Mix (Set of 3 Boxes)

Dehydrated potatoes, Potato starch, Iodized salt, Thickener:
sodium alginate, Palm fat, Acid: citric acid,
Emulsifier: mono & diglycerides of fatty acids, Natural Flavor,
Artificial Flavor, Spice, Preservative sodium
metabisulphite, Color: tumeric riboflavin.
Mix contents of package with water and stir well. Let sit for 10 minutes to thicken. Drop mixture into a greased, hot frying pan and spread flat. Fry until golden brown on both sides. Complete instructions are on the package.
