Our Vermont Horseradish Cheddar Is Smoked Over Real Maplewood

Made by hand in small batches, our Vermont Maple Smoked Horseradish Cheddar owes its full mellow flavor to patient aging, attention to detail, and the fresh milk of Jersey cows raised without hormones or antibiotics on small Vermont family farms. While many cheeses are dipped in smoking liquids, our Cheddar is cold-smoked over smoldering maplewood chips for up to 4 hours for a subtle yet satisfying smoky taste. Two 8 oz. bricks.

Aged Cabot Cheddar Cheese ( pasteurized milk, cheese
cultures, salt, enzymes ), Sodium citrate ( an emulsifier ),
Salt, Natural and Artificial Horseradish flavor.

Sodium citrate and Citric acid are made in China.
Horseradish flavor is made in Canada.

Just enough "zing" This cheese was a wonderful surprise. I love horseradish so I knew I would love it. I put it out Christmas Day and it was a hit with all.
