Rich and velvety-smooth, this tasty New England bisque is filled with tender minced wild-caught Maine lobster morsels and quality Cheddar cheese. Made with creamery-fresh, grade-A butter, along with a hint of sherry for just the right flavor balance. No MSG, artificial flavors or colors, each 15 oz. can is condensed—just mix with equal amounts of milk or cream, then heat and serve.

Contains Shellfish, Milk, Wheat, Whey and Soy.
Lobster Stock, Lobster Meat, Cheddar Cheese (made from cow's
milk, salt, cheese cultures and enzymes), Tomato Puree,
Sherry Wine, Modified Corn Starch, Butter, Rice Flour,
Unbleached Wheat Flour, Calcium Enhanced Whey, Salt,
Malodextrin, Partially Hydrogenated Soybeen Oil and/or
Cottonseed Oil, Natural Flavorings, Celery, Xanthan Gum,
Onions, Spices and Oleoresin Paprika.
* Contains Lobster Stock, Lobster Meat, Natural Dairy Flavor
(cheese, milk, butter, whey), Natural Lobster and Shrimp
flavors, Wheat Flour and Soybean Oil.
Empty contents into a saucepan. Add an equal amount of milkto each can. Heat slowly, stirring often until evenly blended. DO NOT BOIL. For a richer bisque, prepare with less milk or use light cream. Garnish with additional sherry or butter, if desired.
