This product is delicious! These dilly beans are amongst the best I have ever tasted. I just wish the jars were bigger! The same thing is true with the pickled beets. April 20, 2015
Fiddlehead garlic pickles I sent these to an adventurous friend to cheer her up while she was recovering from surgery. We both love fresh fiddleheads and wanted to try the pickled. She wasn't allowed to walk to the door when they arrived, so her friend brought in the package. They immediately opened the box and selected the garlic pickled fiddlehead ferns. They loved them even more than fresh fiddleheads. April 14, 2015
look strange but taste good So far we've just had time to try the pickled fiddleheads--definitely a new experience. They look weird (but like a fern should, I realize), but for pickled goods they are a tasty delicacy! April 6, 2015
Nice variation on Green Beans. Got these for my husband, because he enjoys spicy food and I cannot eat it. Plus green beans are his favorite vegetable, so it seemed like the perfect gift to give him. I was right. He really likes this spicy rendition of his favorite vegetable. In other words, they are a definite hit at our table. February 22, 2015
Pickled Beets - Like Mom's Home-canned Sometimes, I just get a sweet tooth for pickled beets. My mom used to can her own, and they were the best. I buy a jar in the grocery store occasionally, and they're good, but not like Mom's. I recently tried the Vermont Country Store's pickled beets, and they're the closest to the ones my mom used to can - the perfect balance of tender, sweet & delicious! They're not cheap, but I'll never can my own, so in that regard, they're a bargain. I'm sure I'll buy these again - highly recommended. February 16, 2015
lasted about 5 minutes These are sooooooooooo very good!! Served them at Sunday night dinner. They lasted about 5 minutes. These are going to be a staple in my pantry. June 18, 2014
Chow Chow I could easily become addicted to your Chow Chow. I love every bite but I can't afford to keep up with my desire. I go into the refrig. and just get a spoon and take a bite. I also keep one jar for serving with other foods in case company comes. Love it. April 9, 2014
Not Like My Sister in Law's My Sister-in-Law lives in Vermont. Her mustard pickles were the greatest pickle I ever had. She can't make them anymore so I was hoping for something close. Theses do not have a great mustard taste and, in fact, there is a queer sweet aftertaste. They were ok but way below what I expected from Vermont. March 24, 2014
