Hermit Cookies

Chewy Molasses-and-Spice Hermit Cookies—A New England Favorite

These irresistible Vermont-made hermit cookies are as close to the homemade flavor and goodness as we’ve tasted. Made using a classic old-fashioned recipe, their moist, chewy texture is matched only by their addictive combination of spices, raisins, and molasses. Try a hermit cookie, and you too will be hooked. 6 chewy cookies per 10 oz. pack.

  • Vermont-made hermit cookies
  • Chewy cookies blended with spices, raisins, and molasses
  • Derived from an old-fashioned recipe

Over the years we’ve sampled many different hermit cookies, but none have come close to matching the chewy cookies Mom used to welcome us home from school with—until these!

too good to share as soon as they arrived i had to try one. it ended up being all of them. and i am not sorry about it. September 26, 2012
I make better mollases cookies myself These cookies lack flavor, but the raisins were good. The main problem is that the cookies crumble and stick together, but they are soft and chewy. September 25, 2012
