Remember when lighted, fanciful figures like these offered old-fashioned chills to armies of trick-or-treaters? Well, they're back! These lightweight, 15"-tall orange and black pumpkins and cats are made right here in the U.S. from original 1960s plastic molds. Set them outside on porches or in a window display. They use a 7-watt bulb (included) and have a 4' cord. UL listed.

Ordered both and they look great in the front windows You will need black paint (or maybe even a good thick magic marker) to recover the black areas because when the light is on inside the figure(s), the black is not solid and very patchy. They come with a clear bulb but an orange or purple bulb would probably look much better. Just the right touch if you want a bit of Halloween spirit without going overboard, and a big plus for vintage lovers. January 7, 2013
Childhood Halloweens I remember these light-up figures fondly. My mom bought the "cat" figure probably around the very early 70's and it was a sloppy detail but I still loved it so seeing yours with the more clean and careful detail, I was so taken back and then some when I opened the box. I did however put an "orange clear" bulb in it to give a bit more depth to the pumkin faces's color. I also love how both are very sturdy. I didn't have the pumkin with the hat growing up but I do remember it and so I bought it, as well. Would really love it if you could replicate some of the "window" figures of the 60's (I'm 53, lol) & 70's to add to your catalog in the future; the ones that we'd scotch tape to our windows & doors. Thanks. I always look forward to receiving your magazine and looking for the "new" products in it. November 13, 2012
