This is better then homemade custard
This is the most wonderful tasting egg custard and so easy to prepare. I use a little less milk then what the recipe says, for a sightly sweeter taste. I also sprinkle a little amount of coconut palm sugar and cinnamon on top before I put it in the refrigerator. I know the recipe says to add whole milk, but I usually use reduced fat milk and use less milk to get a sweeter taste.
