Ginger travails For some reason, the California food police have rated crystalized ginger as a Prop 65 prohibited item. It is a perfect food to help digestion, and flavor confections. I have to get it the hard way. traveling out of the People's Republic of California to get it now. Bummer! December 24, 2013
