I sent another one to a friend who had her family visiting for Christmas - she was in tears over it. I didn't realize this was the first time in years that she'd had both her kids at the same time. Yummy.

Everyone raved so much I was tempted to say I made it. Will be reordering, that is a promise. It's a big cake too and arrived fresh!

The cake has soft pieces of fruit in a delicious vanilla batter and has been topped with a melt in your mouth creamy glaze. Brings back memories of my Mothers cooking and her Rhubarb patch!
