Ingredients

Sugar, cane molasses, wheat flour, Glucose Syrup (contains sulfites),
desiccated coconut, non-hydrogenated palm kernel oil, gelatine,
corn starch, modified cornstarch, glycerol, fat reduced cocoa powder,
liquorice extract, natural colors (beetroot red, curcumin, plain caramel,
paprika), glazing agent (beeswax), fruit & vegetable juices for coloring,
natural flavorings (lemon, anise seed, orange, blackcurrant).

Simply great, simply grateful. My sister found these candies on a one-time sale at a local grocery. We were thrilled to find them and bought what was left on the shelf. Of course she quickly ran out as besides our own enjoyment, she's is the kind of big-hearted soul that gave them away to anyone else who expressed a liking for licorice. We looked to renew the supply, and found that the store had received them as a special promotion and no longer had them in stock. We looked all over locally and in the nearby larger cities. I finally remembered The Vermont Country store catalog I still had, tucked away in my "Future Purchase" folder. I quickly ordered them for her and all is well. They sit blissfully beautiful on her counter awaiting the next admirer and/or licorice lover to partake of their great flavor and delightful designs. Your Allsorts are excellent. Soft and chewy and melty I've been eating Allsorts since I was a child but have not been able to find them at my favorite market, or when I do they are hard and not at all what I remembered. It's nice to have a such a sourse as your catalog to find those those items long gone from the retail store shelves. March 21, 2013
LICORICE TO BRING BACK FOND MEMORIES I probably have not had these licorice candies for over 30 years.... They are just as delicious now as they were "way back when"......
