Most crab cakes found in supermarkets are made with lesser quality imported Blue Swimming Crabs as opposed to the more flavorful Maryland Blue Crab. But not ours. They're handmade by a family-owned company on the Eastern Shore of the Chesapeake Bay that uses only the sweet, succulent meat of Blue Crabs blended with whole eggs, fresh bread cubes, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings. With each bite, you're treated to the unmistakable flavor of a true Maryland crab cake.

Orders received after 12:00 p.m. ET on Wednesdays will ship the following Monday.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Maryland "style" I hate to be the one with a bad experience with these crab cakes--but here goes. I'm a Jersey girl and know a good crab cake!! These are awful. Stringy..small..and I actually trashed all six of them. My husband agreed how awful they were. The catalog says "Maryland" crab cake. The box they arrived in say "Maryland style". I have a feeling that's the difference in quality. Not a true MARYLAND crab cake. Sorry Vermont Country but these were a no go for us. I do have to thank for the refund though!!! March 1, 2016
