not warm
first time wearing them yesterday, it was 18 degrees out and i had to clean off the snow from the car, in five minutes my hands were frozen, I was dissappointed in the gloves, I guess I need something else to keep my hands warm.

Best purchase this winter season
I was looking locally for a second pair of shearling gloves. (I'd bought my first pair last year on sale after Christmas). I've learned that you can't surpass shearling for warmth. It's warmer than thinsulate or fleece for my diabetic type hands. Not happy at all with local pricing, I turned to Vermont Country store. Their price couldn't be beat. I ordered black, and received a true black, not a washed out black. The size was very true, and the quality is superior.

Really enjoying my new gloves, even though it's not as cold as back in Vermont (or Massachusetts, where I lived) But for these old fingers, warmth is required! Always enjoy your speedy, efficient service so will continue to purchase your products.
