horrible material These panties feel like burlap, even after several washings with a fabric softener (which is recommended by the manufacturer...big hint). The fit is okay but they shrink so ordering up a size is in order. That said, bear in mind that you'll be wearing fabric that results in itching like you're wearing fiberglass. Found my new Pantie!!! Needed new panties and found my old reliable of 30+ years was discontinued. Lately the elastic leg bands on the old panties had started to chaffing irritate. Looking through VCS, I was THRILLED when I saw these still had elastic around the legs for a snug fit, but the elastic is completely covered in cotton not only on the legs, but the waist too!!! I'm 5'2" & 230 pounds and wear between a 10 and 11. Took a chance on the 10 ( largest they come) and they fit perfectly all over. They are a full brief pantie covering your waist and there's no riding up over the cheeks and no pinching. I'm back to order 3 more packages and will get rid of all my old ones.. Advertised "Cotton" means "All Cotton" at your Vermont Country Store! These all cotton comfort briefs feel really good on my 100 year old skin! I'm alergic to elastic and nylon thread. These briefs have cotton covered elastic bands and are stitched with cotton thread. Great product! November 22, 2012
