TIES BREAK i love the hat and the style. i have purchased several over the years. can't find them anywhere else. one issue is bothersome- the side ties are not attached well. the soft knit threads eventually tear off, and the ties come off. maybe, a heavier knit yarn would be better to use in making them. Ear warmer bonnet great--except... I like the ear warmer bonnet. As advertised, it protects my ears and doesn't mess up my hair. Because of numbness and tingling in my fingers and hands, I have difficulty tying the strings. For me, a velcro closure or perhaps a snap would be best. February 6, 2013

Good but not what I wanted. I will be returning the item. It does not cover the back of the head. I bought this for my mother who is ill and it doesn't cover enough to keep her as warm I as thought it would. However the quality is very nice, it just wasn't what I had hoped it would be.
