Bought these for my husband; he likes them. They work and do the job of absorbing unwanted urine. They wash well. He tells me they are very comfortable, too.

Rated 5 out of 5Â by Happy Spouse Great for the "rush to the BR" moments.
My husband has a brain disorder and has to rush to the bathroom sometimes, and he can't tell me. So these briefs give me a chance to watch his behaviors and get him to the bathroom. But, sometimes I miss the signals and the rush ends with some leakage, these briefs save a whole change of clothes, or a trip home from shopping to get changed.
He has not had a complete incontinence moment to test how much they will protect him, but, so far they have fit the bill for the mad dash dribbles while away from home.
They wash and dry beautifully. And my husband puts them on without a problem- he usually doesn't want any routines changed, like his clothing. He feels these briefs before he puts them on, but I don't think he realizes how they are different from his regular briefs. so, he puts them on happily.

The look and feel of these briefs is an improvement on the normal paper product briefs. But the leg openings are far too relaxed to prevent leakage from seeping down the leg and therefore on to one's trousers.
If only the leg openings were as snug as the conventional paper product ones, they would be almost perfection. The comfort in wearing them is good and they are much preferable to the conventional types of absorbent briefs on the market.

We do like the briefs, they do the job. The elastic has been unravelling in the band. I may have to wash them in a laundry bag. I do not have a major problem, but like the protection in case I do

The pad absorbs urine and distributes it to the surface and your outer clothing. Only good to wear at home and even then not very effective.

My husband needs a relief from the plastic depends and wears these during the day because the cotton is so comfortable. Hopefully we won't need these for too long, but they are life saver right now.

My husband is suffering from dementia, which has now reached epidemic status in our country. Vermont Country Store offers a product that I have ordered many times. These briefs look like regular underwear and my husband was able to wear them for some time. As his incontinence worsened, I always use these next to his body and then cover them with the disposable underwear. This helps to prevent any leakage to the outer slacks. We all plan to visit the store again this fall.
