OK Cotton Handkerchiefs
I was looking for large cotton hankies and these seemed to fit the bill. They're OK, there wasn't much of a selection online anywhere else.

Soft on your nose
This is my second order of these handkerchiefs in 18 years. They last very well! A few washes and they are as gently on your nose as paper tissues with aloe vera. These are not cheap but made to last. As most things in life, you get what you pay for. In this case the quality is there.

Been Carrying One Daily Since The Age Of Seven!
That was 45 years ago! My grandmother once said "all little gentlemen should carry one of these, just in case."
I have seldom used one for the nose, but there have been times in a social setting, when a lady was eating something, such as ice cream, did not have a napkin, and when a droplet of melted ice cream fell to her chin, I quickly pulled out my trusty handkerchief and snapped my wrist to open it up, and handed it to the lady.
Thanks Grandma, for making me "the hero" just for a moment, several times...many years later!
Teach your boys from 8 to 28, to start carrying a handkerchief, and these are TOP QUALITY! The 100% cotton is luxurious and comfortable! Great holiday gift idea!

A Lost (and Re-found) Treasure
One day I went to the local drugstore and the young man behind the counter was baffled by my request for handkerchiefs. Head kerchiefs for head protection while painting? Bandanas? No, a simple, large, white, absorbent cloth for wiping perspiration and other ways of tending discreetly to bodily emissions. It was a delight to discover that Vermont Country Store - again! - had a wonderful, practical, good old-fashioned necessity that has left the contemporary marketplace. Thank you!
