This Luscious Lemon Bundt Cake is loaded with lemon flavor thanks to the lemon pudding, lemon zest, and our special ingredient—vodka. We asked our expert bakers to soak the golden cake in a combination of lemon vodka, lemon bits, and lemon extract. Because of the vodka (a natural preservative) our lemon bundt cake tastes moist and fresh whether you serve it the day it arrives or months from now. Keep a few lemon cakes on hand for unexpected company. 1½ lb. cake serves 10.
