Our original lobster mac and cheese has proven so popular that we decided to offer a gluten-free version. This new mac-and-cheese is still made for us in Maine with big pieces of sweet Maine lobster and a mascarpone and Vermont Cheddar cheese sauce. The only difference is we switched out regular macaroni pasta for quinoa elbows and topped it with a blend of corn and rice mixed with Romano cheese, a combination that bakes up as crisp and as golden as a classic breadcrumb toppping. It’s still every bit as creamy and over-the-top delicious as our regular mac and cheese, just tweaked for those with gluten sensitivities.

Orders placed after 6:01 a.m. ET on Mondays will ship on Tuesday. Orders placed after 11:00 p.m. ET on Monday will ship on Wednesday. Orders received after 12:00 p.m. ET on Wednesdays will ship the following Monday.
