Rated 5 out of 5 by from Glad that these are still available! Some of us in this modern world still own older homes, where in this case, the bottom door level and the floor level are such that there has to be a fairly large gap. These draft stoppers are just the cure to keep Winter out.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from We called them "snakes." You call them "draft stoppers"; my grandmother called them "snakes". Now, I'm talkin' the late 1940's, and Grandma's house had large windows and drafty doors (although it was a very warm place to grow up in). She took the material (ticking?) from which pillow were made - it had a black striped look - and made long rectangles. Forming an inside-out tube, she stitched down the long side and across the end. The filled was a medium coarse sand, from where I don't know. As with your product, it was only about 95% filled to allow flexibility for corners and window locks. she had the benefit of knowing the size she needed, even for non-standard windows. I like the scent of your product when there are tiny air leaks! Sadly, our windows are neither of your sizes, but the smaller does most of the width between the sashes; baggies with sand(!) cover the ends. We love your store and your products. Keep the tempting catalogs coming (I'm SURE you will.)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stopped draft under RV slide-out I had observed in my Class-C RV, which I live in, that when the slide was out, there was a cold draft from under the slide. What to do?! Then I remembered a Vermont Country Store product, thinking, "If anyone knows about cold drafts, it's people in Vermont." So I ordered two, which arrived promptly, realized how lightweight and delicately fragrant they were, and placed them around the drafty spots. Draft gone! They are just what I wanted. Thank you, Vermont Country Store! K.M. Morey
