Seaside Salsa Is Delish! I live in New Mexico, where salsa is an art form, but I had never encountered salsa with crab meat before. It's outrageously good! Nice and thick, perfect "heat" so as not to overpower the delicate crab, and there's plenty of crab meat in there. I chilled it first, and found it so good that I ate nearly the whole jar upon first sampling it with tortilla chips. It would also be a great addition to an omelette. June 21, 2013
