Rated 4 out of 5 by from nostalgic ambience Loved this light. Just like the ones on our family tree so many years ago. Very eye catching. Bought two/ one for each bathroom.. one worked only two days though but our house is 127 years old and it may have been our wiring just surged. Not a lot of light but we enjoyed them for the holidays and our guests did too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Terrific Christmas decor! I bought two of these from VCS years ago and we use them every Christmas. Like many of the shared stories, these remind me of my childhood. In response to the person who complained about the polarity, ours are on a swivel base, so you can install them in any position. However, the swivel is not obvious. These are not extremely bright lights, but do have a soft glow and really add a nice Christmas touch. Recommended!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fond memories My grandmother back in the 50's had strings of these on her Christmas tree. It now is a fond memory of her and my childhood.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The polarity is reversed. The header says it all. The only way it will light up is if it is turned upside down which is ridiculous. It is poorly made (unlike the Halloween night light). The product should be checked for updated plugs for househo9ld use. I'm very disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Grandmother's Bubble lights My Grandmother Scoggins always had bubble lights on her Christmas tree. I can remember as a little girl thinking they were the neatest things. She was a special lady and has been in heaven a little over 18 years and I decided that we all needed some of Grandmother in our houses for Christmas and so I ordered several of the bubble night lights - one for my brother and for serveral cousins! They were a big hit!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This Light Reminds me of My Childhood When I was very young my parents would put Bubble-Lights on our tree. I was completely fascinated by them. I bought myself a Bubble-Light about 5 years ago. When I went to plug it in this Christmas, it was dead, dead, dead. I looked On-Line at Vermont Country Store and found what I thought was just another Bubble-Light. When it arrived I looked at the light closely and found unlike the previous light, this light could be unscrewed very simply and the inside bulb replaced ! How happy was I !!??

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bubbling with Joy! I have bought 20 Bubble Lights over the last few years. I first bought one for myself. I enjoyed it so much bubbling away in my kitchen as I baked Christmas treats that I decided to give them to our neighbors and family as a little Christmas gift. Mine is still bubbling, but I wanted to order another one in case it eventually burns out--every time I order one for me, I end up giving it away! I right now have four tucked away and I hope I end up with one to have on hand. I have created a card I give with the bubble light. It reads: "I love to put this in my kitchen as I am cooking Christmas treats. It bubbles with joy!" I hope other people will enjoy this little delightful symbol of happiness too.
