sheds and doesn't hold heat I bought this for my husband as a Christmas present, but I wish I had not. I didn't realize the fabric was "fuzzy" rather than a flannel or fleece material. It sheds everywhere and makes a huge mess. It also doesn't hold heat very long - only for about 10 minutes. Definitely not worth the price. I'd ask for a refund, but I ordered it long before Christmas and it's too late now. January 24, 2013
best neck wrap in town! My mother has arthritis in her shoulders and gets migraine like pain in her shoulder joints. We had never been able to get her a heat pad, or cold pad that would fit and stay on her shoulder without falling off. Voila..I open the Vermont Country Store magazine and I see this wrap...and purchased it immediately. It is wonderful and stays on. When my mother moved...she gave us explicit directions not to loose her neck wrap in the move!! Both the wrap and my mother are safe and comfortable in her new home! November 7, 2012
