Very disappointed This seemed like a good idea when I saw it online and I reluctantly purchased it thinking it looked worth a try. Opened the box and found that this was hardly made with material that could hold up for a week, let alone wrap and tone. It couldn't even fit on my 11 year old's head. There was no stretch to this chin garment at all, and the ends were sewn crooked. I couldn't get it on. I was very disappointed. The good news was, your return telephone helper was cordial and immediately refunded my purchase of this without grief. I had never been treated so kindly over a returned product. I hope you can find a market product better than this to replace it and I will try it. Thank you! October 4, 2012
