poor quality fruit slices I ordered sugar-free fruit slices from Vermont Country Store. The slices are individually wrapped and then are in a larger bag. As soon as I opened the outer bag I smelled a stale smell. I tried 4 of the slices. 2 of the 4 slices also tasted slightly stale. I have purchased other sugar-free items from this company and was very satisfied with them. I have returned the slices for a refund. May 17, 2013
I can not send a gift to my mother without including these treats. i purchased these for my mother about three years ago and they were received with such delight, I repeated it again for her birthday. Now, I can not send her a gift without including them, as they are what she most looks forward to. She is 83 and a diabetic, and they are her guilty pleasure. At her age she certainly deserves one. Diabetics are people too Having so many family and friends that are diabetic it was so easy with your store finding those special candy gifts for them without spending a fortune. I found those special, unusual candy and cake gifts not found at any store here on the outside. It made my gift giving special for me and for those receiving my gifts.
