Remember how the family pantry used to be stocked with canned pickled goods so everyone could enjoy summer’s bounty and its fresh, wholesome goodness year-round? While many moms or grandmothers simply don’t have the time to carry on this tradition nowadays, we found some passionate picklers who certainly do. They use only the freshest, all-natural ingredients; pickle each item in small batches; and pack every jar by hand to ensure these pickled goodies arrive with the same farmers’ market freshness, crispness, and robust flavor that sets them apart. 16 oz. jar. Pickled garlic, 8 oz.; pickled sausage, 9 oz.; pickled eggs, 32 oz.

  • Fresh, natural ingredients
  • Handmade in small batches
  • Naturally delicious
  • Several varieties to choose from

These all-natural pickled goods taste every bit as good as your mom or grandma used to make.

Fiddlehead Pickles My wife and I have been picking Fiddleheads for the past 25 years. My wife alone has been picking for much more than that. Fiddleheads come from the Ostrich Fern and in upstate New York where we live they are available from the last week in April to the second or third week in May. They get their name because they resemble the top of a fiddle. They are fun to eat but must be boiled for at least 10 mins. Then pour the dark colored water (Tannin) off and rinse. We then use them in salads, Pasta Primavera, and omelets they can also be used as a side veggie. We have never thought of pickling them, but boy! are they good. Thank you Yankee Country Store. Best pickles Well, as far as I know you can't find these pickles in any grocery store that I know of. In one word delicious. August 7, 2013
As good as it gets! I ordered several of the pickled products, and while all were good, the German mix is excellent. It is so good on a sandwich, and all by itself! Love it, ordering more! August 4, 2013
This is a Great product The pickled garlic just looked like I had to try it. I like garlic so I figured if it was pickled it had to be great. And it was. I am looking forward to my next order. As my friends stop by I do let them taste, but only one. June 27, 2013
Pickled Fiddlehead Ferns, who knew? Being from the south this is a delicacy only experienced by transplants and those lucky enough to have traveled at the right time to the NW/NE. Pickled fiddleheads have a slightly earthy taste and a BIG textural difference than regular pickles. If you love pickles and haven't tried these you should give them a go! June 18, 2013
