Our own roasted breast of turkey served with all the fixings! Includes stuffing and cranberry sauce, topped with rich turkey gravy.

LOCAL ORGANICALLY RAISED GRASS FED BEEF BURGERS

Our burgers are made from the best locally grown, grass fed ground sirloin from Ephraim Mountain Farm in Springfield Vermont. Served on a bun with lettuce, tomato and red onion.

YANKEE POT ROAST SANDWICH

Classic slow roasted Yankee Pot Roast served hot as an open-faced sandwich, topped with its own savory brown gravy.

VERMONT CHEDDAR AND MACARONI

Our fresh homemade cheese and macaroni has been a favorite for years. Made with delicious 18 month aged Cabot Cheddar and served in a hot cast iron skillet with a side of applewood smoked ham.

VEGETARIAN BURGER

A tasty blend of mushrooms, water chestnuts, carrots, green and red bell peppers, black olives, onions, brown rice and rolled oats served on a whole-wheat bun with lettuce, tomato, red onion, and sprouts.

VEGETABLE MELT

Grilled portabella mushrooms served open-faced with roasted red peppers, sun-dried tomato spread, and assorted seasonal veggies, topped with Vermont Country Store Cheddar and organic sprouts. Served on artisan flat bread.

THE PILGRIM SANDWICH

Hand carved roast turkey layered onto artisan cranberry-pecan bread with fresh herbed stuffing, lettuce, homemade cranberry mayo, cheddar and applewood smoked bacon.

CHICKEN SALAD SANDWICH

Tender chunks of chicken breast tossed with walnuts, oranges, chives, and celery. We suggest trying this open-faced on our homemade Johnnycake.

GRILLED VERMONT CHEDDAR SANDWICH

We combine Vermont Country Store Cheddar off the big wheel with bacon and garden-fresh tomatoes, grilled to golden brown.

GRILLED RUEBEN SANDWICH

Layers of thinly sliced corned beef and sauerkraut with our own homemade Thousand Island dressing and Swiss cheese, grilled to golden brown.

MONTE CRISTO SANDWICH

Honey maple ham and turkey with Vermont Country Store Cheddar, dipped in French toast batter, then grilled to golden brown. Served with pure Vermont Maple Syrup for dipping.

FISH FILET SANDWICH

Solid filet of cod lightly beer battered and fried to golden brown. Served on a grilled bun with tartar sauce, a wedge of lemon, and crispy fries.

SMOKEHOUSE HAM AND CHEDDAR SANDWICH

Applewood smoked ham grilled with apples, tomato, cheddar, and a drizzle of honey mustard. Served on locally baked artisan maple-walnut bread.

ARTISAN TOMATO BASIL GRILLER

Tomato slices drizzled with herbed olive oil, mozzarella, fresh basil leaves and caramelized onions grilled on bakery fresh artisan bread.
