We Are a Family
In 1946, Vrest and Mildred Orton printed their first catalog and sent it to 1,000 people, using their Christmas card list as the heart of their mailing. Vrest, a frugal Yankee through and through, insisted that what they sold must be practical, useful, and actually work. Our family still holds true to this principle as Purveyors of the Practical and Hard-To-Find.
