Returns and Exchanges
- Complete steps 1 & 2 from the return/exchange section the back of the packing slip.
- Repack the item in a suitable box or bag.
- Attach the Prepaid Label to your package.
- Give the package to your postal carrier or drop off at any post office in the Continental U.S.
The amount of $6.95* will be deducted from your refund/exchange *($8.95 for AZ, CA, CO, ID, MT, NM, NV, OR, TX, UT, WA, & WY residents). Within 3 days, you can track your package at www.fedex.com/us using the tracking number at the bottom of your ticket.

If you don't have your packing slip, simply write us and tell us:
- Your name, mailing address, and telephone number
- Why you are returning the product
- Indicate if you want to exchange the product for another color or size. Indicate the size and / or color you would like
- Package the items and your letter and send them to one of the addresses below
