Position: Senior Circulation Analyst

Major Purpose: The Vermont Country Store seeks a seasoned direct marketing professional with at least seven years of experience in the business to consumer catalog industry. Reporting to the director of catalog marketing the individual will have mastery level skills in several of the following areas: house and prospect circulation planning, customer acquisition, sales analysis and reporting, multi-channel contact strategies, sales forecasting and adjustments, and merge/purge. The Senior Circulation Analyst will be accountable for achieving company objectives in regard to sales, expenses, and profitability.

Major Purpose: We are a 65 year old family owned business seeking an energetic and creative Designer to support the digital team on their quest to create the most memorable web experience for our customer as possible. The ideal candidate must first have a passion for product and thrive on working within a team that continually endeavors to drive sales and further the growth of VCS. Working with a diverse group of internal and external partners this person will be responsible for the design, layout, execution and the quality control of all site architecture, functionality & site template enhancements. They will help drive the evolution of the customer experience & shopping path for the VCS digital commerce channel, including the development of mobile shopping vehicles.

Our restaurants are the most experiential elements of shopping at The Vermont Country Store and need a passionate, energetic, hands-on leader to provide unsurpassed guest service in all aspects of the dining experience. Responsibilities include managing our full service Bryant House Restaurant and Mildred's Dairy Bars in Weston and Mildred's Dairy Bar in Rockingham, Vermont. Requirements include experience in training and development of team members, event management, menu development, marketing and community involvement. Additionally, our candidate will be instrumental in developing and opening our newest restaurant at our Rockingham store.
