A Vermont tradition, made with chicken, peas, onions, and carrots in gravy topped with homemade biscuits and served with cranberry sauce and cole slaw.

Charcoal Grilled Hamburgers

Fired over charcoal, our 5oz. burgers are made from beef that's ground fresh for us daily and served on a sesame seed bun with tomato, lettuce, and onion.

Garden Burgers

A vegetarian alternative served on a whole wheat bun with lettuce, tomato, red onion, and sprouts.

Stack of Griddle Cakes

Three golden griddlecakes made from our own Buttermilk Pancake Mix and served with a souvenir nip bottle of pure Vermont Maple Syrup.

Green Mountain Chef's Salad

Chicken Salad Sandwich
