After months of searching, we located a much-requested dry iron, which had been missing from the marketplace for over 20 years. Many of our customers prefer a dry iron over today's steam iron because it is better for pressing starched clothes, and the smooth sole plate does not leave impressions on plush towels or clothing. Quilters and crafters like it too for fusing appliques. Features a cool-touch handle and temperature selection dial with fabric guide. 8 ft. long cord. UL listed.

  • Smooth sole plate
  • Great for quilting and crafts

For perfect pressing, nothing beats a dry iron—and we found it for you!

What Our Customers Are Saying about Our Dry Iron…

Dear Mr. Orton, The very first time I saw your dry iron, I ordered it. I am thrilled with it. My new iron is very similar to the one that we got for our wedding in 1955, which served us well for more than 40 years. But it finally stopped working, so I bought one steam iron after another. I hated them all. Finally I have an iron I like—just in time for our 50th anniversary!
— Carol Cover, Northfield, MN
“This is the perfect iron for crafting. Leaves no marks on the fabric. I have given several of these for gifts!” — Andrew, Anderson
“As a fiber artist, I run many pieces of fabric backed with freezer paper thru my computer's inkjet printer to print templates on the back side of fabrics with Inklingo. This iron is perfect for this use as I never have to be concerned with the fabric not sticking properly to the freezer paper due to the dimples in a regular steam iron or the iron not getting hot enough. I also like the weight of the iron; I don't find myself needing to press down as much as I used to.” — Jillian, Hebron, ND
