Our grandmother had a bedspread almost exactly like this one, made by Maine Heritage Weavers. Whenever our games threatened to spill into her room, she would shoo us outdoors before we could do any damage. She didn't know how tough this 100% cotton bedspread is. It has a graceful flower and swag pattern created by pulling loops of yarn through the cotton back. Heavyweight and elegantly finished with 6" knotting and fringe all around. Machine wash and dry. USA.
