“This cooked pudding product makes the best home-made tasting pies and surpasses any other cooked pudding brand. The lemon and butterscotch flavors are my families favorites. The "coconut cream" is our "#-1" favorite flavor in this brand of pudding but is NOT offered at Vermont Country Store, just as it is no longer sold in any supermarkets available to us in the Northern Virginia area.” — Annie L. Holsinger, Gainesville
“I grew up in a Kosher home in the 1950s. Not many packaged foods were Kosher then (e.g., Jell-O). But My*T*Fine brand was! Mommy served it all the time. Thank you for making it available to me now! Barbara” — Barbara, San Francisco, CA
“It's a dream come true. My Mom used to make the best lemon pie you could sink your teeth into. She added some sugar, an extra egg yolk, and the juice of a lemon to make it a slight bit more tart. She also used to substitute milk for the water to make it even creamier. She would cook the pudding before adding the lemon juice last, to keep it from curdling the milk. Back in the 30's and 40's when she made her pies, My-T-Fine pudding mix had a citric acid tablet and gelatin capsule of lemon oil that dissolved as it was cooking. I just received my order for the lemon flavor and made a pie for my family. Brought back wonderful memories of my Mom. Thanks to the lady in Georgia and to you for finding it again for us. I will be placing another order for more after Christmas.” — LOUISE PLASEK, LA MARQUE, TX
“My father was the co-owner of this product and it was in our home all the time. I watched it made in the factory as a child in the 1930s. Loved all the flavors.” — Ruth Bedinger, Nashua, NH
“I remember having My-T-Fine pudding as a child in the 1950s, but I never tried the lemon flavor. After reading the review of the lemon pie, I was skeptical about how good it could be, but I tried it and was amazed with how fresh it tastes. I doubled the recipe for a deep-dish Wilson 9" pie pan. It looked magnificent and tasted like I had been squeezing lemons all day. It really is better than Marie Callendar's lemon meringue pie and so easy to make that it isn't worth going out to buy one.” — Rosalind Rogoff, San Ramon, CA
