You get wax-sealed 4 oz. blocks of sharp cheddar, garlic, extra sharp, and Maple Smoked-voted "Best Smoked Cheese in North America" by the American Cheese Society owing to the smoky flavor imparted by a long sit in a maple-fired smokehouse.
