This Luscious Lemon Cake is ultra moist and loaded with lemon flavor thanks to the lemon pudding, lemon zest, and our special ingredient-vodka. We asked our expert bakers to soak the golden cake in a combination of lemon vodka, lemon bits, and lemon extract. Because of the vodka (a natural preservative) it tastes bakery fresh whether you serve it the day it arrives or months from now. Keep a few on hand for unexpected company. 1½ lb. cake serves 10.
