Our exceptionally moist Vermont Harvest Cake is made with fresh Vermont butter and Vermont maple syrup and is packed with real fruit and nuts. Plump whole raisins are plentiful, as are walnuts and almonds, apples, apricots, carrots, cranberries, and currants. Then the whole carrot-cake-like 6¼" round is soaked in brandy. It's so chunky you'll need a sharp knife to cut it and so richly delicious you'll want one for yourself and more for gifts. 2 lbs.
