How To Return or Exchange a Product
If you have your packing slip...
In each carton, as part of your packing slip, we have included instructions about how to return items to us:
- Detach the return slip from the packing slip
- Indicate the reason you are returning the item by selecting the most appropriate reason code
- Complete the information on the back of the return form
- Package the form and the items you are returning
- Detach the return label from the form and affix it to your return package
If you don't have your packing slip, simply write us and tell us:
- Your name and mailing address
- Why you are returning the product
- Indicate if you want to exchange the product for another color or size. Indicate the size and / or color you would like
- If you would like a credit to your credit card instead of an exchange, please let us know
- If you have comments about our service, products or your order, please let us know!
- Please include a phone number (daytime and evening) so that we can contact you if we have any questions.
- Package the items and your letter and send them to one of the addresses below
