  1. Are items in your retail stores available online?
    Many of the items you see in our Weston and Rockingham, VT retail stores are also available on-line. If you have visited our stores and saw an item you can't find on-line, please click on Instant Help below to chat with one of our representatives or call customer service.


  2. Can I order without a credit card?
    For orders placed online, we accept payment using American Express, Discover, Mastercard or Visa. If you would like to pay for your order using a personal check please click on Instant Help below to chat with one of our representatives or call customer service.


  3. How do I know if an item is available to order?
    Place the item in your basket; if an item is out of stock, you will be notified when the item will be available. Occasionally, you may see an item in a catalogue that is not listed on our site. If this is the case, the item is most likely no longer available. However, if you have questions about the availability of any of our items please click on Instant Help below to chat with one of our representatives or call customer service.


  4. What credit cards do you accept for payment?
    We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard or Visa at www.vermontcountrystore.com.


  5. What if I don't have a catalogue source code?
    Catalogue source codes can be found on the back of your Vermont Country Store catalogue. If you don't have a catalogue source code, don't worry. Just skip this field and continue shopping.


  6. Does Vermont Country Store take International orders online?
    I'm sorry, we are not able to accept International orders through our site at this time. Please call us at 802-362-8460. Monday thru Friday from 7:00am - Midnight, and Saturday and Sunday from 8:00am - 10:00pm, USA Eastern Time. Our customer service representatives will be happy to take your order.

  1. Can you ship my order outside the USA?
    Absolutely. To ensure accurate delivery outside the USA or to an FPO/APO address, please use the following procedures: Shop our site and place items into your shopping basket. When you have completed your shopping, print a copy of your shopping basket. Please contact us by telephone or fax and we will be happy to assist you.


  2. How do I check the status of my order?
    Thank you for placing your order with The Vermont Country Store; orders are shipped 48 hours after receipt. Please review our shipping rates and times here.   1. Do I have to register to use this site?
    We don't require you to register to shop at www.vermontcountrystore.com, but we encourage it! When you register, you will have access to many features of this site designed to make your shopping experience easier and quicker. In addition, as a registered shopper at the Vermont Country Store, you have the option of receiving notices of special offers and new products as soon as they are available. Registration is easy, it only takes a few minutes. To register, go to the My Account section.


  2. Do I need a User ID and Password For this site?
    We don't require you to enter your User ID and password to shop the site and purchase items from us. If you have forgotten your User ID and password you may simply click on "search" or a product category to continue shopping.


  3. How can I stop receiving information from you?
    If you would like to be removed from our catalogue or email mailing list, please click on the Instant Help Button to chat with one of our representatives or call customer service with your preferences. You can also indicate your preferences by editing your User Profile in the "My Account" section of our site. In addition, at the bottom of every advertising email we send, there are instructions about how to unsubscribe.
